Our beans are freshly roasted every tuesday and shipped every wednesday. We package our beans in 1 lb bags and ship them in sealed packages to ensure freshness upon arrival.

ESPRESSO HULI
In Hawaiian, “huli” means to move forward through change. Currently we are using Brazil and Sumatra as the base for our blend, adding Guatemala for high notes and complexity, and Ethiopia for dark-chocolate and berry notes.
Espresso blend. Also great with Filter with milk.
BRAZIL Cerrado
Brazil is one of the largest producers of coffee in the world. Medium roasted, this coffee has an obvious spiced-fruit note, with medium body and acidity.
Best as Drip
GUATEMALA Tikal
Medium roast. You would never imagine a coffee as delicate in flavor as this could grow in such a harsh volcanic environment. This Guat envelopes your mouth with a mild lemon zest nuttiness. Sweet notes of caramel complement this sweet acidity nicely. Gulp this coffee.
Best as Drip or Filter
Organic Transfair MEXICO Chiapas
Smooth coffee with great body and light acidity. Medium roasted this coffee has almost a maple syrupy consistency and aftertaste. Mexico is one of the largest producers of certified organic coffees.
Best as Espresso or Filter. Takes milk well.
Organic Transfair ETHIOPIA Sidamo
Medium roasted, this Sidamo contains hints of sweet raspberry with a lemongrass finish. This coffee has a medium plus body.
Excellent as filter. Takes milk well.
ETHIOPIA Harrar
Medium plus roast. Fresh berry and floral notes with full body and medium acidity.
Best as Filter or Press. Takes milk well.
SUMATRA Mandheling
Medium roast. Smoky, full-bodied with light acidity. Hints of dark chocolate permeate throughout while maintaining an awesome balance of profile! There is a reason Sumatra remains a favorite amongst coffee drinkers and this lot reflects it.
Best with Filter.
NA PALI BLEND
A blend of Kauai and Central American coffees. The idea was to create a blend that truly highlighted the flavor profile of, in this case, coffee from the island of Kauai. Kauai coffee on its own is a great coffee pressed or filtered. We added coffees from Central America to add a pleasant body to the blend while complementing the Kauai’s fragrant citrus character. Drinkers can expect a coffee light and fruity, with a constant citrus component throughout.
DECAF BLEND
Our custom blend of decaf coffee is blended and roasted for balance. We use this blend as our decaf espresso but also makes a great drip or press coffee.
