why does my nespresso machine only produce less than half of a cup of what i push now?

i have a nespresso c100 machine. when i push the small cup button, and i put an espresso cup underneath, it only makes like a 3rd of what it used to make. same thing when i push the big button. any idea on how to fix this?

When was the last time you cleaned the unit. Read instructions but basically you add vinegar (White distilled) to the reservoir , turn on and when 1/2 of liquid is gone, turn off, let it sit for at least a hour than finish brewing. Run to flushes with clear water to remove the vinegar. Or you could have a leak or temperature is too high and is evaporating before the cycle is complete. Check all filters also
