Adrian & Mary Black’s home in Lake Hawea is called Fantail. This was a GJ Gardener show home built to their Shakespear design. It is located at 13 Timsfield Drive, Lake Hawea, Wanaka, New Zealand. There are 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, dressing room, a study, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, separate toilet, entrance hall, double garage, and outdoor courtyard room. There is a fenced off area of garden for the dogs. Driveway, block paved pathways and newly planted hedgerows. The house features virtually floor to ceiling windows, recessed lighting, fully carpeted except for the entrance, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry, and has 4 double sliding doors to the central outside patio area. There is an underground reticulated irrigation system for much of the garden. The garage has an automatic fob controlled door. The kitchen has a dishwasher, halogen hob, extractor hood, fitted fridge, microwave, espresso coffee maker and 1 1/2 sink unit along with pullout cupboards and drawers.
